Nostalgia can be hard to explain. I know it and you know it too. Like hands holding your insides with a tight grip. Within each minute, the grip tightens, you try to catch a breath but nothing comes in. Like air trapped, inside. In your lungs, In your stomach, In your head. But. Still. No. Air. And just as fast as nostalgia sets in, it slips away. As though it never happened, a thousand light years ago. It feels so distant. You can barely feel it in your grasp. Nostalgia can be hard to explain, it does not feel real. So distant, almost like a dream.
